Cafe Ni Joe is on Tulip Drive, near Coastal Road in Davao City, right beside Sploop and the Southern Mindanao Van Terminal. The van terminal is the easiest landmark to give a driver, and if you're arriving by van, the cafe is next door.

When is Cafe Ni Joe open?
Monday to Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and closed on Sundays. That's eight hours a day and 48 a week, all of them afternoon and evening, so it's an after-work or after-class stop rather than a breakfast one.

A Davao family and its cafe
The family started Joe's Blend Coffee in Davao City in 2024 as a family side hustle, and in August 2026 they opened Cafe Ni Joe on Tulip Drive. The cafe page describes it as the family's own coffee shop, with coffee, frappes, cakes and ice cream.
The cafe page quotes the cafe's Facebook intro, which lists four things: coffee, cakes, ice cream and Kropek Krunch, one of the family's other product lines. There's outdoor seating, so an evening catch-up after the heat drops is the easy plan.

Which coffee shops are on Tulip Drive?
Cafe Ni Joe is one. In the OpenStreetMap cafe file this guide uses, pulled 18 September 2026, two other records carry a Tulip Drive street address: Pinta Cafe, tagged 24/7, and Purge Coffee Roaster. Cafe Ni Joe isn't in that file yet; it opened in August 2026.

What's worth ordering at Cafe Ni Joe?
Start with the Hamis Blend, which comes as a latte or a frappe. The family's own cafe page calls it the house signature. The board also lists Americano, Cafe Latte, Spanish Latte, Cafe Mocha and Caramel Macchiato, plus non-coffee frappes, iced blends, Soda Fuzz and Iced Honey Lemon Tea.
